“Success occurs when preparation meets opportunity. “ (Ziglar) The District 4 County Council seat is one Ingrid has been preparing for and is looking forward to putting her experience to work! For almost 10 years, Ingrid served as the Community Outreach Coordinator for the Prince George's County Council, District 4 directly serving the residents. Ingrid knows the District! In 2018, she was elected to the Prince George’s County Democratic Central Committee, Legislative District 23B where she continues to help residents understand the importance of voting and the importance of learning about the candidates running for office. In 2019, Ingrid was honored to be elected as one of the At-Large Councilmembers for the City of Bowie and garnered the highest number of votes overall in that election. For three years, she worked as the Outreach & Communications Manager for Employ Prince George’s where served to help our residents, especially those with barriers to employment find a job and training opportunities. In addition to her pollical duties, she currently serves the larger Maryland community through her work as Government Affairs Manager with Children’s National Hospital. Ingrid is experienced and well prepared to serve District 4!
